泰式塔香鸡肉沙拉

Ingredients:

1 Teaspoon Light Soy Sauce (1 小匙酱油)
5 ?4 L% w  d- Y8 Y1/2 Tablespoon Cooking Wine (1/2 汤匙花雕酒)
9 z) e6 ]( Q6 z. Q1 p6 \  D! i1 Teaspoon Cornstarch(1 小匙玉米粉)
4 `9 e  |" `2 q, \% l/ D4 hSome Pepper(少许胡椒粉) - }( z5 Z6 k( F$ f* j9 d$ e
2 Tablespoon Sweet Potato Flour (2 汤匙地瓜粉) 7 h. ~6 g7 l5 ?/ p: y3 b/ `- K& n+ c
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch (1 汤匙玉米粉) ) N3 u- \0 d6 k- {

Methods: / Y' l# s4 k# c5 }& E  F
Wash and cut chicken fillet into 2cm wide strips then marinate with Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine, Cornfstarch and Pepper for at least 30 minutes or more.
" e8 B8 y4 ?; E5 U8 v& F将鸡胸肉洗净, 切2cm 宽条状, 然后加入酱油, 花雕酒, 玉米粉和胡椒粉调味至少30 分钟以上. " `; U# _  i1 B, u" E
Coat the marinated chicken with the flour mixture(sweet potato flour + cornstarch) and set aside for 5 minutes before deep-frying.

Heat up half pot of oil and deep-fry the chicken strips in two batches until golden brown, drain and set side.

2 Cloves Garlic, grated (2 颗蒜, 切末) + |  K( U8 A. J: T: c: N0 `" q
2 Small chilli, finely chopped (2 颗小辣椒, 切末)
2 u$ |6 b; X3 ?5 W8 Thai Basil Leaves, finely chopped (8 叶九层塔, 切末) " `9 x0 r7 w8 J' |$ ^% K5 `) _
1 Teaspoon Chopped Spring Onion(1 小匙葱花) / c$ S; E, }. B: S# A: k  o
2 Tablespoons Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce (2 汤匙泰式甜辣椒酱) 6 ^- y3 K" E% p0 ?
1.5 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (1.5 汤匙柠檬汁)
2 q2 |7 a1 ^- ~5 ^8 L1 Tablespoon Thai Fish Sauce (1 汤匙鱼露)

1 Tablespoon Drinking Water (1 汤匙食水)

Methods: 3 p. P: X' e8 i& _4 A
Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside for later used. 6 P/ u) h9 `* H! _0 b2 h( ~
把全部酱料的材料放在一个小碗里搅拌均匀, 待用.( 如果您不会吃太辣, 就不要放小辣椒或只放一颗)

1 Red Apple, shredded (1 个萍果, 切丝)

1 Small Carrot, shredded (1条小胡萝卜, 切丝) 4 Q7 W  e7 j5 Z- i; T8 I2 c  j
6 Cherry Tomato, halves (6颗小番茄, 切半) 3 P4 U6 V. h2 y, {1 b( J
6 Lychee, remove seeds (6颗荔枝, 拨壳, 去种子)

Methods:
5 `8 c2 D& T/ o4 B; X% kMix all the above ingredients in a mixing bowl then set aside in the fridge until serve.
' O) C; I9 O; I' A0 a把全部的沙拉材料放在一个碗里搅拌均匀, 放进冰箱待用.
  V; q9 R' x* R4 HYou can used any other fruits or vegetables that you prefer or in season.

Assemble:
7 w9 S* [2 {( \! A; \% uPlace salad mixture on a serving plate, top with half of the fried chicken strips then drizzle some chilli sauce over the chicken and salad.
7 h3 }, Y1 l: |* C首先把拌均匀的冷沙拉扑在大盘上, 然后放一般的炸鸡肉条, 接着均匀的淋上些辣椒酱.
5 I6 F( i. Q7 R; WContinue topping the rest of the chicken and drizzle the rest of the sauce around it. + R2 f: U3 h+ p/ l2 u; F8 j
