虾皮比虾肉还好吃呢,一点也不扎,很香酥,而且含钙非常高。

像这样的菜,吃的时候,可配以适当的香醋作为调料。吃这虾时,虾肉蘸香醋后再吃,会发现蘸过香醋的虾肉吃来会有蟹肉的味道
