1 新鲜鸭肠、大木耳、鲜笋尖、小米椒(鲜鸭肠可以用盐洗净后加冰水泡 一会儿,买不到鲜鸭肠的可以用鸭郡肝切片代替,一样好吃)

非常感谢楼主,鸭肠也是我的最爱,白灼都非常好吃,但是楼主这道菜,要是再有点汁就更入味了!

不知道入不入味!我喜欢焖的做法,例如焖鸡/鸭/鹅的时候,加肠下去,这样味道更香,焖汁拌饭更好。
