材料:五花肉,虾,香菇,云吞皮
配料:鸡蛋,酒,糖,盐,鸡精,淀粉,生抽,水,胡萝卜,耗油,白胡椒粉,麻油

先把五花肉去皮,去骨,剁成小块

水发香菇切丁;

将3样材料全部混合,加2个鸡蛋,搅拌

再加耗油,糖,盐,鸡精,生抽,白胡椒粉,淀粉,少许水,搅拌均匀;

静置半小时之后,待虾肉发涨,稍微搅拌一下即可开工

将云吞皮4个角修剪掉,这样差不多呈圆形,就可以包了;为防止蒸的时候粘底,我用胡萝卜切片,垫在烧卖下面;

上蒸架蒸15分钟即可;
出笼以后乘热食用,配上秘制辣酱,这个味道就一个字:赞!

虾肉烧卖做为早点吃不错,看起来色泽鲜亮,营养丰富,比较有食欲,让老婆学着做做看,天天早上吃包子确实受不了,换个口味好选择。
