原料:菠菜、紫甘蓝、胡萝卜、西红柿、生菜、鸡腿、面粉、葱姜、盐、糖、生抽、老抽、蚝油、料酒、黑胡椒

1、将菠菜清洗干净后,去掉根和烂叶,切成小段,将菠菜放进搅拌机,加入一杯水,搅打成菠菜汁

2、鸡腿清洗干净后,去除骨头只留鸡肉,将肉块用一大勺料酒、少许葱姜腌制一刻钟去腥

3、用滤网将菠菜汁中的菜渣去掉,只留汁液,取2/3的汁液放微波炉加热2分钟至菠菜汁沸腾,将菠菜汁一点点加入面粉中,边加边用筷子搅拌,最后将凉菜汁也加入,活成光滑不黏手的烫面团,一旁醒制20分钟
