辅料:黄酒,老抽,桂皮,桂枝,草果,花椒,大料,老干妈辣酱,干辣椒,葱,姜,糖,盐,鸡精。8`S0RBv"Whu
1.把肘子放入冷水中泡几个小时去血去腥(我一直觉得英国的猪有腥味,可能我对味道很挑剔)[/size]

[size=3]16.料就齐了! 开文火炖4个小时 中间别忘了翻翻 以免粘锅把肘子皮弄坏了。(切记文火,有些人可能问大火1个小时步就能搞定么? 其实不是那么炖肘子就散架了除非您不注重卖相了)等待ing... 成品![/size]
