明珠香芋饼
芋头、鱼茸,都是不起眼的材料,只要略花心思将芋头蒸熟压成泥,拌入鱼茸煎香成小饼,再以咸蛋黄装饰,这样粗料也可以做出宴客佳肴——明珠香芋饼!V P0l_\ l'jTg

单用平底锅煎的话蛋黄可能不容易熟,我想这道菜应该要先在4成熟的油锅里氽一下,到油八成熟了再放到平底锅里煎。个人认为啦,楼主觉得是这样吗?
