材料:虾,面包糠,鸡蛋

1:虾去头,去壳,留尾巴,去虾肠,从虾腹部切一刀(不全切开)G!xX9XNad

2:鸡蛋加少许面粉开成糊状,把虾沾了蛋液,再沾面包糠
