竹芋焖鸭
一、竹芋焖鸭spdv5]-lB/sz
材料:光鸭一只、竹芋、子姜%}8~m#crQ0|Z
香料:八角、桂皮、香叶、茴香、花椒!oZ-R!|5Df
调味料:蚝油、酱油、盐、鸡精、糖各适量Ykc+IJy
做法:

1、洗净光鸭,斩大件,切掉肥油,竹芋切厚片;

2、烧热锅下鸭块煎至两面金黄盛起,另起油锅下姜爆香,

再加入鸭块加水,香料大火焖10分钟转小火再焖30分钟,&_'^zN*x6m:a
加竹芋、调味料焖15分钟后,捞起鸭件斩小块,回锅即成。
