Step 1. 芹菜、小红辣椒切丁;葱切葱花,葱白和葱绿分开;花菜掰小待用(Tips:芹菜表面有很多茎的,用刀或者削皮器挂掉,不然吃起来搁牙;辣椒切开后去籽,这样不会太辣,菜也比较美观。)

去骨的方法:把鸡中翅两个骨头的连接处剪掉,然后用手顺着骨头把肉往下挂,再把两根骨头向相反方向掰开,这样与翅尖的连接处自己就断了。手劲小的MM可以先用小刀绕着骨头划一圈。(@5e.TF-A:zGf.Z
