1)将熟蛋黄用网/筛子过滤备用

3)把粉类过筛后加入(2)里,改用刮板边切边混合,再折叠般地混合没有粉状为止P4SP sa~uyU1]J/g'W

4)把(3)轻压成面团后,用保鲜膜包住,放入冷藏库1-2小时

5)余热烤箱160度。取出面团分割成20个,每个约10克,然后整圆Ll8QQI
