豉汁蒸暗丁鱼[6p]

暗丁鱼,模样有点像黄骨鱼,不过颜色不像。是我们这边西江入海口咸淡水交界的一种鱼。学名叫啥,我也不知道,反正大家都这么叫。这鱼肉质细嫩,比养殖的黄骨鱼要好吃,口感非常不错,用来麻辣火锅一流。不过,广东人喜欢蒸,家里人除了我都吃不了辣,就蒸吧,呵呵。X2s ~Uc3\s

材料:暗丁鱼两条6两左右,豆豉,生抽,姜,辣椒,生油适量。

做法:将鱼洗净装盘,豆豉,生姜切碎放在鱼上,辣椒环切也放在鱼上,再淋上生抽,花生油,水开后入锅蒸5分钟,鲜嫩无比的暗丁鱼就出锅了。t$E"Z%NSGn8]

听介绍好像很好吃,但是这鱼的卖相实在不咋样,放弃。

这个鱼就清蒸熟后,烧滚油淋在鱼面上,再都豉油淋在鱼边上,就很清,很好
