2.用一汤匙料酒,一汤匙生抽,一汤匙半蚝油,半汤匙白糖搅拌均匀后,涂抹在鱼头上,包上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏腌制两个小时入味.e+yq!h mD

4.预热好的锅底铺上姜片和大蒜粒,大致要把锅底铺满,然后放色拉油,能盖住锅底就够了.~2?vLGI+o;[mT

5.把腌制好的鱼头放进锅子里,同时把碗里腌制鱼的腌汁倒在鱼头上.
