豆皮一张,香菇、木耳、云耳、莲子泡水洗净,切丝。青红椒切丝。香菇、云耳、木耳、莲子放在碗中,加花生油、糖、味精、盐、鸡精、酱油、湿淀粉搅拌。r5P"E*n,nD#V
