1、福寿鱼,又叫罗非鱼、非洲鲫,选购时以一斤左右为最佳,过大过重的福寿鱼肉质粗糙,土腥味也较重。

2、煎鱼的油要烧热,应先将一面煎至微黄再翻面,过于心急给鱼翻身,鱼皮很容易粘锅脱落。2K.V5Y&V$ygc4B

我做都是用炒糖色来做的,然后加入醋来炖,出来的味道很不错的也
