香油煎虾饼(图解)

1.海虾洗净擦干剥壳剁蓉,加马蹄、肥肉煮熟后加入虾肉中一起剁也可分开剁后加入。

2.材料剁好后加半个蛋清、少许胡椒粉、生抽两大匙、盐小半匙、生粉麻油拌匀(记得往同一方向搅拌起胶)

3.拌好后下锅小火煎,喜欢味道清淡的用蒸的也可以,但煎的会香些,因为海虾肉较粗,用基围虾就怎么弄都可以。T|7AH0N$y^
