香气浓郁 麻油鸡丝饭
这道鸡丝饭要是有红葱头做的葱油酥就更香了,可惜目前缺货,用其它材料代替,也算香气浓郁。N.@R`7x6T&H3MGlk

鸡胸肉,姜片,洋葱,葱丝,泡椒,青江菜,腌萝卜,葱段

麻油,鸡汤,淡色酱油,米酒,砂糖。

做法:

清水加葱段/姜片烧开,放进鸡胸肉煮熟,凉却后拆丝状;S&s)j)\0g_f:d

三大匙麻油烧热,放进姜片以慢火爆至卷曲,加入洋葱/葱丝拌炒5分钟,加鸡汤,酱油,米酒,砂糖一起煮沸后倒入一大碗里,加入鸡丝拌均,浸泡5分钟,然后铺于白饭上,佐以烫熟的清江菜,泡椒和腌萝卜即可。
