干烧虾
这干烧虾是越南一道有名的家常菜,简单易做又好吃,所以非常受到大众的喜爱,是利用糖焦香味的另种炒法,油少,壳微有糖焦香脆而虾肉滑嫩,非常惹味,下酒下钣都相宜.sS+`#OI
材料与做法:鮮中虾醃蒜粒,糖,蜜糖,魚露,辣椒油,老抽,胡椒粉二小吋撈起,蒜粒也另外撈起,醃汁放一旁备用.\ |%^,K"^? y

热油锅放油让油热到極点,下醃虾大火煎微焦(是因糖甜味多所从焦快)立即转过另一面也大火煎微焦撈起备用.下蒜片爆香至干脆,然后下醃汁滚至汁膠稠,把虾回锅快炒拌勻即可出菜.
